Today's students are given powerful digital tools to create, share, and learn. There has never been a greater need to teach appropriate use, proper citation practices, and tools to find public domain resources. Participants will explore digital citizenship, searching for open educational resources (#OER), and creating & licensing personal content.

Why promote OER?

QUESTION:   These are our students.

What does this mean for your job?

Best Practice

ANSWER: 1) Modeling digital citizenship from an early age.

               2) Best practice for students creating media.

               3) Providing resources, evaluating sources, and citing sources.
